Windows 10: using an old computer for crafts?

Hello, How do i delete personal information from my windows 10 computer and still be able to use it for non-personal programs like Word and Cricut Design software?We have purchased a new windows 11 computer and it is in service. But I'd still like to be able to use our old computer to view external files/movies and work on general business stuff.Thanks so much for your prompt response.Laura

My Craft Studio on Windows 10

I have tried installing My Craft Studio CD-roms on my new computer, having manually upgraded to Windows 10. Although these discs were previously installed on my old computer using Vista with no problem, I now cannot access the operating programme, although
the art work seems to be installed. A desk top icon appears but when clicked a message appears saying "My Craft Studio has stopped working". I have tried uninstalling then reinstalling on my old Vista running computer and this works fine, so the discs
don't appear to be corrupted. Please can someone help, as its frustrating having to use two different computers!

Here is the step to remove that old email address.

Start typing an email address into the “To” field. As soon as you see the old email address being recommended as one of the potential candidates, use the down arrow key to scroll through the list of suggestions. Once you highlight the old email address, type the delete key. In many cases, this will actually remove the entry not only from the current list of suggestions but from future suggestions as well. You may even find that as you mouse over the drop-down list the highlighted item will have an “x” to explicitly allow you to delete it.

Just do this step and your good to go.

Trouble with My Craft studio after installing windows 10

I also am having trouble with My Craft Studio discs on my new computer with windows 10. After installing I can see the art work in windows Photo but the MCS operating system (work space) will not appear when I open the MCS desk top icon. Instead a message
comes up "My Craft Studio has stopped working". I have tried as you suggested using Compatability (reverted to Vista, which is what I am using on my old computer,)but with no success.

I have also tried updating display driver as you suggest, but display driver
does not appear, instead display adapters (among other items) appears. When right clicked, this shows "Scan for hardware changes". I am reluctant to try this as I am not computer literate, and am afraid of doing the wrong thing.

Please can you help, as I am also a card maker, and have lots of family events coming up!
