Windows 10: Using Android 2.2 LG Optimum V with Alfred Security Camera?

I have an old smartphone that i want to use as a security camera. But when i went to download alfred on google play store, it say not compatible with this device. The LG optimum s V is an old smartphone i used a while back and it is 2.2 version.


I asked on the other forums and they said i have to root it to version 4.3 i believe? I have zero clue how to do this. But someone says you could use just the alfred camera but they didn't explain anymore than this.


Is there a way to upgrade the 2.2 android version i have where i could use it with alfred as my security camera? This would be the camera and my iphone is what i would view everything on. I know this isn't a phone forum but anyone know how to do this or any forum i can ask this on?

Microsoft Edge TLS Security


After trying everything (not a lot of steps) listed in the Microsoft Edge support site, I did a wider search and found this very simple youtube video that fixed it immediately:

For those who prefer not to click links the steps are simple:

1. Click in the Cortana search bar next to the Win 10 Start button

2. Type internet options

3. Select internet options (control panel) from the list

4. Click on the advanced tab

5. Scroll down to the security section

6. Make sure the following are all clicked:
Use SSL 3.0
Use TLS 1.0
Use TLS 1.1
Use TLS 1.2

7. Click apply

8. Refresh the page that was giving the error and it should now connect.

Hope this helps, it was a 30 second fix after hours of pounding my head against the error with the Support site suggestions.

Click Start > Settings > Privacy > Camera

Toggle on Allow apps to access your Camera
