Windows 10: Using B550M-plus wi fi II + Ryzen 7 5700G crash blue screen last part during installation...

I have try everything. Update Bios, change SSD. is like having an issue with drivers. Sometimes blue screen other just shut up the pc with no reason and everytime in the part of the process, ending the installation when ask email and user information. Is like updating and seems that something is not compatible. Any tips ? thx !

AMD Ryzen 7 5700G

I got a notification that I can upgrade to Windows 11. I have AMD Ryzen 7 5700G and other requirements pass in the PC health check app. I tried to install it on settings but it is not working. It will infinitely download but not install. I also tried the ISO file and it is still the same. Why it is not progressing in the installations process?

• Click on the Start button, and type “Troubleshooting” on the search bar.
• Click on troubleshooting, then click on “Hardware and sound”.
• Under Hardware and sound, click on “hardware and devices”.
• A pop-up will appear, click on the “Next” button and your hardware troubleshooting will start.

Method 2: The issue may occur if the drivers for Wi-fi are not installed or updated. I suggest you to install/update the latest version for Wi-fi drivers by following the steps below.

• Press ‘windows key + R’ and type ‘devmgmt.msc’ and press Enter.
• Expand ‘Network adapter’ and right click on Wi-fi driver and select update.
