  1. Using conditional statement in a json

I am attempting to do conditional statement inside a .json file. I am finding that when a condition is met, the other conditions are ignored. It will only look a the first condition in my file whether it be true or false. Not sure what I am doing wrong or if this is just how json works. Thanks.{ "$schema": "https://schema.management.azure.com/schemas/2019-04-01/deploymentTemplate.json#", "contentVersion": "1.0.0.0", "parameters": { "subnetName": { &

    JSON FILES

    Hi Acemere

The steps above create a dummy exe file, which you point windows to open json files with, then you delete the dummy exe and restart, When you restart the dummy exe will not exist, so Windows will not know how to open json files and that file association will
revert to unknown and the icon should be the default white icon . ..

  3. JSON to MS Word conversion

    Hi DaveM121,

Thank you for reminding me, I saw that feature described in a Google Search result yesterday, but wasn't able to try it at the time (and forgot about it until your response Using conditional statement in a json :)).

However, I remember seeing the result, and it didn't look like it was what I wanted because, at least for the AWS Transcribe json file, it creates a table (image), it doesn't display the transcribed text with speaker attributes (example).

Attached are the steps I took in Excel . . if you're able to review and suggest on how I could get the text attributed to each speaker, instead of in table format, it would be much appreciated!

PS, before creating a table, in Power Query Editor, you're able to click in through trial & error, i was able to create a single row with the speakers' un-parsed transcription (see Step 4). I could also create a single column with multiple rows labled Speakers.

Ideally, Excel would create a table where column A was "Speakers", column B was "Transcript" and column C could be some other attribute, like the time stamp . . but I'm not sure how to do that (or if Excel supports that . . it should).

    Thank you again!

    JSON FILES

    Hi!

Thank you for replying! I tried doing what you suggested but after I restarted my computer all .json files are still automatically set to open in Windows Media Player. Do you have any other suggestions?
