Windows 10: Using copilot across multiple microsoft applications and trying to connect them

I’m looking for a way to manage the following scenario: Assume I have several back-to-back Microsoft Teams calls with Copilot enabled throughout the day. Each meeting organiser kindly sends me a summary and action items. How can I keep track of these actions, with links back to the original sessions for reference, and mark them off once completed? Ideally, I would like the notes to be transferred to OneNote for easy reference and the action items to be added to Microsoft To Do.

Microsoft 365 Copilot is coming to OneNote

We are thrilled to announce that the Microsoft 365 Copilot is coming to OneNote. This powerful tool combines the power of large language models (LLMs) with your data from the Microsoft Graph—notes, calendars, emails, chats, documents, meetings, and more—and the Microsoft 365 apps to turn your words into a powerful productivity tool. All of this is done within our existing commitments to data security and privacy in the enterprise. We know that too much time is spent on the mundane tasks of work and not enough time is spent on the work that brings us joy and ignites our creativity. That's why Copilot is being integrated directly into OneNote. It works with you, embedded in the other Microsoft 365 apps you use daily to help you unlock productivity, unleash creativity, and uplevel your skills.

Copilot in OneNote helps you create, capture, organize, and recall information with confidence. As your notetaking partner, Copilot uses your prompts to draft plans, generate ideas, create lists, organize information, and more. Copilot can transform existing text by summarizing, rewriting, formatting, and adding visual context. Uplevel your digital notebook with natural language commands to reorganize your notebook, adjust formatting, and highlight what's important. Here are some example commands and prompts you can try:

Create a plan for my daughter’s high school graduation party.

Summarize notes into bullet points on a new page.

Generate a list of topics and talking points to be covered in an annual investor update meeting.

Plan a spring trip to Paris for me, my partner, and my two teenage children.

I'm starting a wholesale coffee bean and roasting company. Give me 10 suggestions for a company name and vision statement.

Building responsibly Microsoft 365 Copilot is designed for the needs of the enterprise. Our efforts are guided by our AI principles and Responsible AI Standard and build on decades of research on grounding and privacy-preserving machine learning. Microsoft’s work on AI is reviewed for potential harms and mitigations by a multidisciplinary team of researchers, engineers, and policy experts. We use the Azure Content Moderation Stack across our services to monitor and filter harmful content. Technologies like InterpretML and Fairlearn help to detect and correct data bias. there's something wrong with my microsoft copilot

Checking the Installation of Microsoft Copilot:

Verify that Microsoft Copilot is installed by searching for "Microsoft Copilot" from the Start menu or checking in "Programs and Features". If it is not installed, try downloading and installing Microsoft Copilot again.

Checking for Windows Updates:

Make sure that your computer has received the latest Windows updates. Missing or incorrect updates may prevent Microsoft Copilot from working properly.

Locating Microsoft Copilot:

You can find Microsoft Copilot in the "All Applications" section of the Start menu or in the "Programs and Features" section. If you cannot find it, you can try reinstalling Microsoft Copilot from the Windows Store.

Pin Microsoft Copilot to the Start Menu:

Open "All Applications" from the Start menu.

Find Microsoft Copilot, right-click and select "Pin to Start Menu".

Restarting Your Computer:

Restart your computer to allow the operating system to reconfigure. This simple step can resolve various application and icon issues.

Reinstall Microsoft Copilot:

If the above steps do not solve the problem, try uninstalling and reinstalling Microsoft Copilot.

Starting today, Microsoft 365 Copilot is generally available for enterprise customers worldwide. . Microsoft 365 Copilot combines the power of large language models (LLMs) with your data in the Microsoft Graph, the Microsoft 365 apps, and the web to turn your words into the most powerful productivity tool on the planet. And it does so within our existing commitments to data security and privacy in the enterprise. Starting today, Copilot is covered by the Microsoft 365 product terms applicable to our core online services, data protection addendum, and our commitments under the EU Data Boundary. Copilot is currently supported in the following languages: English (US, GB, AU, CA, IN), Spanish (ES, MX), Japanese, French (FR, CA), German, Portuguese (BR), Italian, and Chinese Simplified. We plan to support the following languages (in alphabetical order) over the first half of 2024: Arabic, Chinese Traditional, Czech, Danish, Dutch, Finnish, Hebrew, Hungarian, Korean, Norwegian, Polish, Portuguese (PT), Russian, Swedish, Thai, Turkish, Ukrainian. Microsoft 365 Copilot GCC is expected to begin rollout during the Summer of 2024. We plan to share more on GCC High and DOD through the Microsoft 365 roadmap in early 2024. Get started Enterprise customers can call their Microsoft account representative to purchase Microsoft 365 Copilot.
