    Automatic Accent colors.

    Accent color does not change automatically with wallpaper transition even when option "Automatically pick an accent color from my background" is set to do so. But opening personalization settings act as reminding OS
    to change color even when I does not change any setting. It must change automatically.

    How to solve this problem?

    Automatically pick an accent color from background does not work.

    I perform a clean boot, it does not work, still the same problem !!! I perform like you said a sfc
    to check the system file integrity, doesn't work either. The system files are clean, no errors.

    To be able to make windows pick an accent color from my Desktop background wallpaper, I have to manually do it in
    Setting / Personalization / Colors by turning off
    and on the "Automatically pick an accent color from background" button slider.

    I'm on my Surface Pro 3

    I did a clean install after upgrade from windows 8.1 pro to windows 10 pro.

    ACCENT COLOR PROBLEM

    I have problem with accent color in Windows 10 (10586 build).

    When I set multiple images for background or slideshow, accent color on some of the pictures will not change. In an earlier version of Windows 10, the accent color was gray, now blue. To solve this problem,
    I need to reset "explorer" from the Task Manager or switch (off/on) "Automatically pick an accent color from my background" in the Settings. But on change the background image, the problem reappears. I noticed this problem on many computers.
