Windows 10: using more fans directly on Motherboard pins degrades performance +lag

Does by ONLY using more fans directly by Motherboard pins degrades performance ?

Using
I7-4770K
G.Skill 2400 32 GB DDR3
Motherboard ASUS Z87 Deluxe
SSD Samsung EVO 860
GPU GTX 1060 6GB
PSU - Corsair 750 Watt Enthusiast series

I was getting 52-64 FPS GR Breakpoints while using Only 2 CPU fans on motherboard which was from DeepCoolAssasin Cooler



but yesterday I added 2 more fans from old Antec's watercooler

2 DeepCool assasins fans + 1 Antec fan from Kuhler H2O 920 on motherboard and 4th one on PSU cable via adapter
and now I am only getting only 42-45 FPS in GR Breakpoints same setting and resolution

e.g.even when FPS shown 50FPS
but getting lags inside game , absolutely not smooth most of the time


remember I only added 1 more extra FAN to MOBO
no change to any driver not even software
everything is update

GPS performance degraded ol of a sudden.

It's not even a month when i got lumia 920, its gps isn't able to catch direction as it used to when it's new, its performance degraded ol of a sudden since 2 days, wat can be the reason, please suggest as GPS is very important for me.

• What browser are you using when you experience a lag?
• Does the lag occur in a particular game?

In the meantime, we suggest you run the System Maintenance troubleshooter. Here are the steps:

• Press Windows Key + X.
• Click on Control Panel.
• Select Troubleshooting.
• On the left pane, click on View All.
• Click on System Maintenance to run the troubleshooter.

Startup performance degradation...

There's an app on my system that causes startup performance degradation:





The file name in the event viewer is "Devic" and in details tab, the folder name displayed as "C:\Devic". This performance degradation does not happen every day and presumably, during the other days the start up is normal.

The issue is that there's no such file or folder name on my system. Neither the file search with Windows Explorer/TreeSize, nor registry search, running both standard and admin account could find it.

Windows Explorer is set to show hidden items, but beyond that, I don't know how to find these files and folders. Are there other ways to find these items on the system?
