    Using Pen but the screen does not stay still whenever I write using Asus pen


    Hi all,I've already changed or checked what I can do to stop my screen from opening or going to another app when I write using my Asus pen. My laptop is not a surface laptop but an Asus flip laptop with screen touch and with pen. Can I fix it in the settings or what can I do.

    Surface Pro 4 Pen will not write on screen

    My Surface Pro 4 Pen which I got with Surface Pro 4 has stopped writing. I can connect pen with Surface Pro 4 and and all works except I cannot write on screen.
    I suspect it is the tip of pen that does not work but cannot verify this.
    Please note tip is not broken.
    Before I purchase a tip kit can someone suggest what I can try to see if it is the tip or something else that is faulty.
    My surface Pro 4 is up to date with all updates including BIOS updates. I use a Windows 10 Fall Creators Update.

    Pen setting is changed and Pen does not write on Screen.

    I have the touch screen x360, hp spectre 13t4200 which does not come with the pen. The hp salesperson told me the Hp tilt pen is compatible with my laptop. I bought this pen and I was successful to pair it with my laptop and the top button works but the
    pen does not write on the screen. I googled my issue and I saw some people have the same problem because
    Pen Setting of their Windows 10 is changed, which is the same as mine. I have uploaded the screenshot of my Pen Setting here.

    I did a factory reset with erasing everything on my windows10 but still my
    pen setting     hasn't changed and I can not write on the screen by this pen? any idea how to solve the issue?

    • Which model of Microsoft Surface you are using?
    • Is it not working only in writing mode?
    • You have also mentioned Windows 10 PC in your query? Are you facing issue on computer?

    Reboot the device and check the issue.
