Windows 10: Using picture in picture makes screen glitch

I got a new laptop, and within some time I got this issue where using picture in picure makes the whole screen glitch like this and this.Already tried reinstaling some drivers, both GPU and CPU, and the issue still. The windows is up to date and all other drivers seems to be too.I tested this issue on microsoft edge, netflix and opera gx... All of them do the same... but looks like messing around with the picture in picture floating window is just the trigger, cause then, the screen keep on glithing with some weird noise on the image, like if somethings were pixelated. Did you already finish all Windows updates for the laptop since you got it? If not, finish first the updates.

If the issue only appears when you do a picture-in-picture, this might be a bug on the Windows 11 system. But you need to make sure. Try to take a screenshot of the screen when it is glitching. Press Windows key + Printscreen key to take a screenshot. Then check if the glitch will appear on the screenshot.

Report back the results here afterward.

GTX 1060 4b

i5-11400H

The screen is 1920:1080 - 144hz

I tried as hard as I can to try and explain my issue, sorry for any english problem, english is not my first language.

 

Quick Access not searching Pictures folder

Summary, that last suggestion didn't work.

• I moved the pictures to another folder temporarily.

• Then I tried to remove the Pictures folder with option one at Add or Remove Folders from This PC in Windows 10 | Windows 10 Tutorials. Even after rebooting, the Pictures folder remained.
• So I tried using option two. Same thing: reboot >> Pictures folder still there.

• Since there were no troubleshooting steps for this scenario, just for the heck of it, I ran through the restore steps. Copied some pictures into the Pictures folder, ran a Quick Access search and initial problem remains: Searching all of QA doesn't find any files in Pictures folder, running search on just the Pictures folder does. I want to run a global search and find matching files in any/all of the Documents, Music, Videos, and Pictures folders.

That article dates from 2015 and I'm guessing is out of date. I hope it didn't create potential future problems in my registry.

Bottom line: I'm still looking for a fix.
