hello, i have a problem for some unknown reason i have one user account which take much longer time (about 5seconds vs 1second) to launch programs when i use RUNAS, anyone know why or how i can find the problem?

i use the same command for all users accounts:

    runas /user:userb notepad

or with right clicking on a program and "launch as different user"

i have multiples user accounts and it happen only with one user

EDIT, when i compare the c:\Users*user*\ folder of this user folder vs other users folders there is few more folders in the root of it like "3D objects", "Contacts" "Search", i think have logged into that user using the UI once and not to the others users and now it feels like it launch the whole user session unlike the other users... is there a way to revert that?

    Deleting User Accounts

If you can access the admin account through safe mode then all you have to do to remove the other account passwords is go into User Accounts in the control panel and either delete the accounts or, I'm not sure, remove the account passwords.

Launch a program as another standard user account with no password - in task scheduler

I've setup an account in Windows 10 with no password, hidden from the login menu using a group policy edit, specifically to run a program under that user from within my main (Admin) account on the same computer on login.

I want to be able to launch the program when my main account logs in, but have it run under this other user account - without asking me for a password. I've tried both running the command "runas /user:____ COMMAND" and "When running the task, use the following user account:". Runas pops up asking for a password even though the account doesn't have one, and running as user just doesn't launch it. Task scheduler says it's running, but nothing happens.

Is there some way I can get this to work without having to "enter password" (Press enter) every time I login?

    User accounts

When you use the "hostname" command at the command line, does the hostname match your account name as seen in "Manage Accounts"? Because mine doesn't match. The hostname I see at the command line isn't even in the list of accounts. I'm wondering if that's why my password is rejected at the command line when I use the RUNAS command. The password works fine when logging into my computer and when I change it through Settings.
