Windows 10: Using scan app on Windows

Using the scan app, attempt to send more than one page via email is blocked, only sending first page. I have learned to scan, save on a document or similar file then send that but why? looking at recent files and trying to send that only yields one page of a serious document.

By default, scans are saved in a Scans folder inside the Pictures. Here are the steps on how to get there:

• Press Windows and type pictures
• Click Pictures and double-click the Scans folder.

Furthermore, we suggest that you repair your Word application by following the steps on this

Step 1: Run the Apps troubleshooter



Run the App troubleshooter to fix issues that may prevent app from working properly.

Step 2: Check for the update



Go to Windows Store and check any updates
available for the Scan App. If available, install the updates and see if the app work as expected.

Windows 10 Scan app does not recognize my mulifunction device.

Method 1:

Windows 10 has a built-in troubleshooter to check and fix issues with Devices. I would suggest you to run this troubleshooter to check if the issue is with your hardware and devices.

Refer these steps:

• Press Windows key +X, select Control panel
• Change the view by option on the top right to Large icons
• Click on troubleshooting and click on the view all option on the left panel
• Run the Hardware and devices troubleshooter
