I just purchased a monitor today, and after using it as my main screen for a while I notice that, some system apps or executables may sometimes take ages to load up or to be closed, and in the case of closing, the apps are just in "Not responding" state and may sometime crash fully. Outside the time when the system is acting up like described, most of the time it just runs flawlessly as if nothing happened. With the HDMI cable unplugged and the default laptop being used, the system just run like normal, no crashing or long loading time like above. But if I chose PC screen only, the system would

Store App opens loads for about a second then closes

    1. Go to "This PC"
    2. Double click "OS (CUsing Second Monitor Only, many apps would sometimes takes too long to open/close and might... :)"
    3. Open "Users"
    4. Open your username (The Profile you are currently working in)
    5. Open "AppData"
    6. Open "Local"
    7. Open "Packages"
    8. Open "Microsoft.WindowsStore_8wekyb3d8bbwe"
    9. Open "LocalCache"
    10. Delete the entire folder, with contents, you see there.
For those who didn't want/need a step by step:
    C:\Users\Username\AppData\Local\Packages\Microsoft.WindowsStore_8wekyb3d8bbwe\LocalCache
Then delete the one folder in LocalCache.
And that's pretty much it. Opened store and no issues after. Also if anyone is having issues with the Mail App, if you have AVG, it's the firewall on that so just turn it off and mail will start syncing. Hope this helps everyone.

Taskbar hides and shows itself after opening start menu.

    Steps:

    1. Using HDMI for a second monitor.
    2. Open start menu using the icon.
    3. Close start menu using the icon.
    4. Click anywhere other than the task bars. (e.g. an open window, the desktop, even the first monitor's desktop)
    5. Taskbar on second monitor slides down to be hidden.
    6. Taskbar then immediately slides up to reappear.

If after closing the start menu (step 3), you click on the taskbar, then click outside the taskbar, this behavior does not occur.

Performing the steps on the main monitor's taskbar does not produce this behavior.

This has been happening for as long as I can remember using this laptop (~3years), with different nVidia drivers and Windows 10 updates.
