  1. Using ultimate performance, CPU usage goes down instead when opening something else?

Hello, I'm currently using my Windows 11 PC for rendering with Sketchup and VRay, I noticed my CPU usage goes down during rendering when I'm opening other app in the foreground. The usage went down from 100% to around 50-70% and it slows down the render a lot. This isn't ideal since I sometimes need to work on other small stuff while it renders in the background. I already used the ultimate performance power plan, but it doesn't seem to work. Only solution I find is to change it to Balanced and set the Power settings to Best Performance. Though I would still like to use the Ultimate performance

    :)

  2. Windows Explorer high CPU Usage in Windows 10

To further troubleshoot the issue, we suggest checking the Task Manager again to see what are the
applications that have high CPU usage. To do this, follow the same steps you did from the previous reply:

    • Click on the Start button and type Task Manager on the search box.
    • On the Task Manager window, you should see the programs running.
    • Click on the More details drop-down button to see the total number of apps running and their real-time CPU usage.

However, based on your response above, it seems that you may need to create a new user account again and just install your apps manually instead of copying them as your
previous user account might be corrupted.

Once your done with the steps, please let us know how it goes.

    • Can you include a screenshot of the CPU reading?
    • Have you tried performing a
      clean boot
      to eliminate software conflicts?
    • What troubleshooting steps have you done so far?

    Looking forward to your response.
