Dear support.I have learned carefully all articles how to use verifier tool to try to catch the possible reasons of BSOD.What I cannot understand still is why for you need verifier tool to provoke BSOD in case anyway the normal working process already provides with minidump file with details of BSOD in case of BSOD it provides with constant results/driver for weeks, sometimes 15 times a day, sometimes nothing within 5 days. So, the question is - how I you can use result of verifier differently from already normally created BSOD minidump which is born without verifier tool anyway? Should w

    Random BSOD while browsing internet

BitDefender is nothing special. mwac.sys causes BSODs anywhere.
A tiny documentation can be found here: Solved Random BSODs - Windows 10 Forums
In that very thread, the suggested action apparently worked.

The storage and network filters of any third party antivirus can cause BSODs. Neither MBAM nor BitDefender is any special. For a regular antivirus, it may be shifted to an alternative; but MBAM has no alternative. So a clean install of the said program is the most feasible first step.
As far as the first step is not failing, it is better to not think for the second step. Because the BSODs are not universal, failure at the first step is not universal; and success at the second step is also not universal.
That is why I posted that my suggestion may work, or may not. Let us see where it goes.

[SOLVED] Multiple random BSODs, all pointing to the kernel

No BSODs yet but I haven't been playing World of Warcraft which I suspect to be a possible cause.

Was the driver verifier step necessary or just a suggestion?

    Random BSOD and verifier output

    Hello,

My Windows 10 desktop has been crashing every time I leave it alone for about 30 minutes or so, with the BSOD showing random stop codes, like:

    FAULTY_HARDWARE_CORRUPTED_PAGE

    SYSTEM_THREAD_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED

    MEMORY_MANAGEMENT

    SYSTEM_SERVICE_EXCEPTION

    CRITICAL_PROCESS_DIED

The last message was obtained in a crash after I started the "verifier" process to check drivers.

It appears that the crashes are when the PC is inactive for a while. I've changed the settings so that the disk and displays are Never turned off, but that didn't solve the problem.

The last three dump files from the minidump folder are here:

    Microsoft OneDrive

Note that when the "verifier" process was active Windows could not load and kept rebooting until an automatic diagnostic was run and I had the option to get started in Safe Mode, where I could open a command window and stop (/reset) the verifier, and finally
    restart successfully.

    I've tried:

    • updating Windows
    • updating the graphic card driver (GeForce GTS 450)
    Nothing helped.

    System:

    Intel Core i5, CPU 760 @2.80GHz 2.80 GHz

    RAM 4.00 GB

    64-bit

    I'll really appreciate your help.
