    Using Voice Access, is there a way to "Press keyboard keys {{Windows}}{up}

    Using Voice Access, is there a way to make a shortcut to send the keys: "{{Windows}}{up}"?I want to "maximize" a program after it opens.Pressing {WinKey}+{up} always enters "{{Windows}}{num 8}".Pressing the up-arrow key adds {num 8}.Turning NumLock off and pressing the {up} key on the key-pad adds {num 8}.There seems to be no way to add {up} to a key combination. Thank you.

    :)
