    Using windows 10 (1703, 15063.1206). Time keeps changing.


    Files and emails saved with future date. I've changed the battery (it tested same as brand new one I replaced it with.) A chat support tech changed from NIST server I've used for years (because the Windows time server was seriously erratic) to Windows time server. Wrong (future) time keeps happening.


    Now I have emails in my sent folder that say they WERE sent on Aug 13, Aug 4, and Aug 7 - this is what they said on Aug 3. Now (2:55 AM, 8/13/18) these same emails say they WERE sent on Aug 14, Aug 13 and Aug 10. At least the Aug 10 is in the past. I don't know if they were actually EVER sent.


    I'm going to shut down and restart, looking at the BIOS time, which I'll bet is a total waste of my time.


    Please don't ever send another update for windows or office 365 until you've actually tried it to see if it works!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!


    Now I have to see why my mail merge from excel to word won't format dates correctly anymore. Oy. PLEASE support XP and Office 2002 and then you can go play at a beach or something while I actually get work done before having to stay up til 3 AM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    How to update or re-install Windows 10 Pro 1703 15063 296?


    I have downloaded Original ISO from Microsoft website - Windows 10 Pro 1703 15063 296. My Desktop PC has version Windows 10 Pro 1607 14393 1066. I want to upgrade or re-install Windows 10 Pro to version 1703 15063 296 with the downloaded ISO file. Please advice me how to go about it.
    I have created with the ISO, one bootable DVD for this purpose. . I have also downloaded another file KB4016871 -if I need it for update.
    Please advice me step by step
