Windows 10: Using Windows 11 refreshes

When I am working in folders or actually on anything , my folders will start messing up, then they will close and screen goes black and refreshes. Does anyone know why and can someone please help me this has been driving me crazy

Suggestion - GPU-Z window Reload (refresh)

Thanks! *Smile Sounds fine (Ctrl+R as a 2nd way to do the same would be nice too).
IF you do not want to overburden the main window GUI with the extra Refresh button I suggest, Refresh could be added to the system menu in top left instead, and/or into Settings.
(such as add a button labeled "Refresh main tab" or similar text of your choosing to Settings)

  In search type Mail app.

  In top right corner you will find a refresh button
  
• 
  Click on refresh button and check if it sync with the account

geforce experience takes an age to load..

Well that's why I asked. Mine is on SSD and takes 11 seconds. Your list of games will not appear if it has not checkd for updated suggested settings for awhile until it checks.

When it says it is refreshing the game list, it is checking, because NVIDIA periodically updates suggested settings. Plus it will look for those for new games you have installed.

So, the less it is run, the slower it will be.
