Windows 10: using windows 7 can no longer open outlook emais just get error code cache overflow, have...

still using windows 7 can no longer open outlook emails using chrome although I can sign into my account, keep getting error code status cache overflow have tried cleaner and cleaning cache and cookies in chrome, have also tried using opers browser but with same result. Can open emails from friends computer using windows 11 without problem.
