Windows 10: Using Windows 7 how to fix CRC Data when I cannot initialize the disk?

I received a brand new disk drive. I cannot initialize it because it produces a CRC data error

Hi! I've done everything above. I deleted partition, it's the only drive and only one partition when I bought it then I decided to create a D partition and clean install windows. but after I deleted the partition it say that windows cannot create partition.
even on DISKPART, CRC error returns whenever I do the Disk Cleaning was successful but creating a partition returns the crc error.

also. the windows installation only initiates when in CSM BOOT, the media (adata 16gb 2.0) was not detected if I set it to UEFI.

 

External HDD Cannot Be Initialized, Giving CRC Error

I have an external 1 TB WD Elements hard drive that is no longer working. It was initially used in my PS4, but it eventually stopped working and couldn't be fixed on the console, at which point I plugged it into my PC to try to fix it. Initially, I initialized
it, cleared it entirely, and reformatted it to ExFAT, and it seemed to be fixed. I guess I unplugged it wrong, though, because it still didn't work and now when I try to repeat the process I get a CRC error when I try to initialize the drive. Diskpart is of
no help, as it also leads to a CRC error, and I can't use CHKDSK because the drive isn't initialized and therefore has no letter it is associated with, meaning it's impossible to get CHKDSK to identify it. I'm at a complete dead end here, help would be appreciated.

EDIT: Upon retrying Diskpart, it now says that Diskpart is referencing an out-of-date object. Even more confused.

hello thank for your time and help guys! I successfully installed windows!

Instead of just typing "CLEAN" in diskpart, I typed "CLEAN ALL" it's a very long process but it enables me to create a partition thus, continuing to install window! yay! hooray thank you again for baring time with me! God Bless!
