Windows 10: using windows live mail - how to sign in?

using windows live mail - how to sign in = do I use a microsoft acct, the live mail acct, what? cant send or receive, problem just changed this am, havent made any changes, was getting emails on outlook and windows live mail, now neither....why?dont know what to use as the incoming/outgoing info on servers - my focusbroad or my previous frontier. I was getting both my frontier email and my gmail on both the outlook and live email.so confused, an oldie here, and its not making sense....in live mail, it throws up a block to put in email/password which hasnt changed, so I take out, put back in

  Click Repair all Windows Live Programs
  

If the issue still persists, proceed to Method 2.

Remove and Reinstall Windows Live Mail referring to the link mentioned below:

I would suggest you to follow the below steps and check if it helps.
1. Sign in to your Windows Live Mail using your Microsoft account.
2. Click on the blue tab located at the top left of the screen with arrow pointing downward.

3. Click Option and then tick on Mail.
4. Click Compose tab -> Under Compose Font, click Font settings tab and then choose the font size that you prefer.

It is possible that there are corrupted files on your Windows Live Mail that could be causing the issue.

I would suggest you to try the steps provided in the article mentioned below and see if it helps you to fix the issue.

What do I do if I can't download my attachments in Windows Live Mail?

If issue persists, I would suggest you to repair Windows live mail as its corruption might be the cause of your issue.

We recommend that you try repairing Windows Live Mail to check if it fixes the issue. Before you repair Windows Live Mail, you can backup your files to make sure that you do not lose any of them. You can click on this

Once your files have been backed up, you can then follow the steps below to repair Windows Live Mail.
