I use Windows mail V.16005.14326.20970.0 at home on my personal computer to handle my personal Gmail account. There is a organization email address such as but not actually *** Email address is removed for privacy *** that was associated with one person, and when I needed to send email to that person at work, I typed the email address in the "to" field of the email and her name appeared. Now I have her job. I've changed the name associated on with the email address on the company server, so when I send out email, it has the my name, but when I try to send mail from my personal computer running Windows Mail to my compa

This is the suggested solution below if you haven't already tried it.

In this Windows 10 build 10041, the Mail, Calendar, and People apps may be broken due to a licensing issue with the Store Beta. To get these apps working again, you need to follow these steps:

• Open powershell as administrator
• Run the command Get-appxprovisionedpackage –online | where-object {$_.packagename –like “*windowscommunicationsapps*”} | remove-appxprovisionedpackage –online
• Re-install Mail, People and Calendar from the Store (green tile)

I have been having this problem for weeks, ever since Microsoft did an update. I have followed all the trouble shooting steps mentioned. I have removed the mail app and reloaded. I get this error message sometimes 15 times a day on both my email accounts
that I have linked. The mail app version 16005 13110 41006 0

I did that to no avail, then I ran WSReset.exe; now I'm good on all 3, Mail, Calendar and People! *Confused
Go figure!
