Windows 10: usmt.ppkg deleted, Windows is basically broken

Discus and support usmt.ppkg deleted, Windows is basically broken in Windows 10 Ask Insider to solve the problem; really screwed up here. was on this laptop, HP Stream or something, and I was clearing up space and saw a file called “usmt.ppkg” in CCleaner....     usmt.ppkg deleted, Windows is basically broken


    really screwed up here.

    was on this laptop, HP Stream or something, and I was clearing up space and saw a file called “usmt.ppkg” in CCleaner. following a bunch of tutorials, i deleted the file. however, after rebooting, it seemed that Windows was broken. I was really scared because I had just gotten this laptop for my brother and I don’t want any issues between us. please help me fix :/

    Is USMT Redistributable

    I am a developer and I am doing some research on this USMT tool. I was reading about the documentation for USMT seems to be interesting. Is this tool redistributable? Can I write a wrapper around this tool and do some research on the same?. Thought of
    developing something innovative and uploading to GitHub so people can use this.
