Windows 10: Usuario que no cree Llamado defaultuser0

Estaba Buscando un archivo En La Computadora, cuando Entre En La section de Usuarios y Encontré un usuario Llamado defaultuser0 Este no Aparece en la Página de inicio ni tampoco en AJUSTES, el usuario en si, TAMPOCO Tiene ningún archivo En sus Carpetas de Como: descargas, escritorio, musica, imagenes, videos, etc.

Divagando tambien encontre otro usuario que se muestra en la imagen. También tengan en cuenta que las fechas de creación que están en la carpeta no coinciden con la que aparece en propiedades.

Es un virus?

debo eliminar los usuarios?, y si es así, como lo hago?

Aparentemente no me deja poner la imagen pero el otro usuario se llama:

S-1-5-21-4168761371-292040881

PD: Los dos usuarios tienen todos los permisos a excepción de los "Permisos especiales"PD2: La computadora tiene 2 usuarios legítimos uno del dueño y otro el mio, los dos son administradores.

I suggest you to follow these steps to remove the user account from your computer and check if that helps.

  Press “Windows key + R” and type “netplwiz” press Enter.
  
• 
  Select the user account (defaultuser0), click the remove button.
  

Follow the on-screen directions to complete the process. Once this is done restart the pc for the changes to take place.

Cree Canadian Aboriginal Syllabics Keyboard layout in Windows 10

I am an Oji-Cree speaker and writer and was happy to see that Windows 8 has the Cree (Canadian Aboriginal Syllabics) keyboard included as one of the language keyboard layouts. However, when I enabled the keyboard, I was disappointed to see that the Cree
keyboard did not actually have the layout for the Oji-Cree syllabics system, but had the Inuktitut syllabics layout instead, which are different. It is interesting because you can see that the preview of the Cree syllabics keyboard in the Language Control
Panel contains the correct syllabics, suggesting that Microsoft had intended to include the Cree syllabics, but, instead, copied and pasted the Inuktitut syllabics layout in its place.

I was wondering if the new Windows 10 operating system will include the Cree syllabics keyboard, as this will also reach a great number of Oji-Cree users in Canada?
