Windows 10: Utility that hilites/colors specific applications/buttons/folders on the Task Bar?

Is there a utility that can hilite/color specific buttons/folders/apps on the Task Bar, based on strings in the Task Bar button title?

E.g. if I have a Gmail window open, it shows "Inbox - myemail@gmail" but if it has unread it says "Inbox (2) - email@gmail". So it would be great to color it red if it has "Inbox (" in the title to show there are unread messages. Or let me make my Downloads folder always be a blue button, Spotify app always be green, etc.

Is there anything like that out there? TIA for any ideas and help.

Directory Size Utility

First of all nice utility, Mindweaver!
Second of all, it's so nice to see that this section ain't dead.

I have a few questions/suggestions, maybe you'd want to see ...

• maybe you rename Get Folder button caption to something more intuitive? Add Folder, Get Folder Size, Check Folder Size or something like that?
  
• Could you add subfolder files to the right pane? (it can be a tickbox with include sub dirs)
  
• maybe you also add export list to excel?
  
• there's delete file button maybe you add delete folder button too?
  
• and finally maybe you can add UP button for directories?

 

Task Bar Color

Somehow, the task bar changed to plain "light", and the box in "Start, task bar, and action center" under accent colors in Settings is not activated. Can someone explain how I can re-activate this box so I can revert to the color I chose for the task
bar?
