Windows 10: Utilizing VM for programming env?? viable??

I have a PC thats for gaming but i want to have another enviroment for web dev stuff.

i went for VM because is portable and less hussle when switching if i want to game quickly.

I made a PopOs VM with 8GB and 4 cores but the mouse is laggy and i cant fullscreen to get the immersion that im in a "diferrent computer".

I will mainly be using Browser , vscode , node ....

PCSpecs:

AMD Ryzen 5 3600

Nvidia 2060

16 GB DDR4 3600

Im using Hyper-V.

Is this viable or should i just make a dual boot?

Why did the startup window get cleared?

I didn't missed any step, the list was gone and gone , even after using lot of programs the programs were not listed in that list.

 

BOINC Config Utility

Just updated BOINC Config Utility to 1.0.3. The changes I can remember...
-Exclusive Apps list now defaults to sorting alphabetically.
-Add running program list now defaults to sorting highest CPU load.
-Double click to add a program from the running program list is now supported again.
-When a program is added to the exclusive apps list, it automatically scrolls to it and selects it.
-When a program is added to the exclusive apps list, the default is to select "All" instead of "Default."
-Add running program and add program name dialogs no longer show up in the taskbar.

These changes should make it much faster to find, add, and apply rules so you can get back to what you were doing as quickly as possible.

 

Removing WLAN Utilities

Wan update instructions below state remove wan utilities,

Uninstallation instructions:

• Turn WLAN Off
• Manually uninstall "WLAN Utilities" package from the installed applications.
• Turn WLAN On

I can't find them under installed applications anywhere. Could somebody give step by step instrucions, I've looked in :

Installations/ already installed.
