Windows 10: Utilizzare il comando shutdown /i

Buonasera, quando provo a esegiure il comando shutdown /i sul cmd system 32 amministratore, aggiungo l'IP del pc che voglio spegnere ma quando premo invio, mi dice accesso negato.Suggerimenti?Grazie
