Discus and support V-bucks not apearing in microsoft store in search in Microsoft Windows 10 Store to solve the problem; I am a windows 10 user and when i got my microsoft store and search vbucks a blank screen appears but ob the other hand when we search it in any...     I am a windows 10 user and when i got my microsoft store and search vbucks a blank screen appears but ob the other hand when we search it in any browser then v bucks are available for selling..... Please explain as soon as possible

    Microsoft Store - Fortnite V-Bucks Purchase

    yeah, its the Microsoft Store Web Site that doesn't allow the purchase of the v-bucks & only the v-bucks; I've even purchased other items with a value more than the v-bucks & age rated higher

    Microsoft Store - Fortnite V-Bucks Purchase

    My dad has given me credits on my Microsoft account and I'm able to purchase games etc. with credits; however when I attempt to purchase ANY of the Fortnite V-Bucks the store fails to complete the purchase ?

    My dad has contacted Microsoft and they said this was an account spending limit?? but I'm able to purchase other things in store so I don't understand why this would be the case; and why only Fortnite V-Buck is affected?

    Please help/investigate

    Microsoft Store - Fortnite V-Bucks Purchase

    I can purchase anything; but the v-bucks and there is nothing in the family account that is restricting the purchases, all settings/restrictions got removed as part of the testing when trying to purchase via the web site; however purchasing via the Windows
    10 Microsoft Store Application using the SAME account login works; so IMHO there is an issue with the web store process at the backend or something? odd that is different between the process that is preventing the purchase of v-bucks (only) on the web site
    storage for my account?
