    VAIO additional functional buttons mode + direct lunch gone after latest W10 update


    Hi! Previous iteration of Windows 10 run smoothly on VAIO, with almost all original laptop function, but suddenly a row of additional VAIO buttons is located above main keyboard allowed to assign to direct lunch any of application stopped working.

    Task Manager indicates VAIO Event Service I suppose it's handle this function running normally, but buttons no more working. Restart changes nothing. ****?

    I tried to download and reinstall drivers from Sony, but it not supported Win 10 to reinstall.

    To guide you in the right direction, let us know the following:

    • Did you add your fsnet.co.uk (POP3) address as an additional account in W10 Mail App?
    I suggest you to remove the account and re-add it.

    W10 does no boot

    My Vaio SVE with W10 does not boot. Using ASSIST button I cannot recover the system --have gone through all the options. Unfortunately I do not have a recovery point neither a recovery external disk. Any suggestions?
