Windows 10: Validating user credentials in WinPE

I was having problems accessing my NAS drive from Windows 10.
I found that using :
Code: sc.exe config lanmanworkstation depend= bowser/mrxsmb10/nsi sc.exe config mrxsmb20 start= disabled[/quote] works (from thread 30425)

I have the same problem trying to recover backup files from tthe NAS drive when booted into WinPE (Windows 10).
Please can someone help me make the same changes in the WinPE environment as these commands do not work.

As I am a bit of a novice step by step or even a .BAT file to run in WinPE would be very helpful.

Cortana won't start Credential Manager

"Hey Cortana, start Credential Manager" doesn't start the Credential Manager, but rather does a web search for Credential Manager. Typing "Credential Manager" in the search box finds the program.

Cortana should recognize any valid Windows app or control function.

It's because your system has been configured to deny elevation requests. From TechNet article: UAC Group Policy
