Windows 10: Valorant doesnt work when in fullscreen

My valorant will freeze in fullscreen, but i can hear my gamesound. It works in windowed and windowed fullscreen but not in fullscreen. Ive updated drivers, but it still hasnt changed. I have an i7 3770k, a 2060 and 12gb of ram. It used to work about 2 weeks ago, but now its stopped working. Please help me.

How do i get my fullscreen to work again on valorant?

Okay so recently ive been trying to play valorant in fullscreen and even before my pc ran fullscreen in valorant very well but recently it stopped working i launched valorant and it was just a black screen then i press f11 and it took me to windowed but everytime i tried to change it back to fullscreen the screen would just freeze i could hear everything in the backround moving and stuff but i couldnt see what i was pressing because it froze. I was told it might have to do with my pc and i needed to update drivers and i tried that but i don't think it worked. And its hard for me to play valorant windowed or fullscreen windowed because i get low fps but before i had gotten high fps with fullscreen.

Since none of the troubleshooting steps here worked, I'd suggest you do a Clean install.

Automatically moving a fullscreen window onto a new desktop

Hi Joel,

In Windows 10, there is an option to open an app in a fullscreen view. This way, it will be possible for you to make the fullscreen window move to a new desktop. Follow these steps to do so.

• Right click on the application.
• Select Properties.
• Click on the Shortcut tab.
• Beside the Run option, click on the drop-down menu and then choose Maximized.
  
• Click on Apply button and then click OK.
