Windows 10: VAMPYR is unplayable on 4K tv

due to display scaling. The cursor is locked in a box at upper left of screen and unable to select menu items.


MS has the game files tied up in a tangled web of permissions so I can't access the VAMPYR exe and set it to ignore display scaling (or whatever the option is called).


Please don't suggest I disable and re-enable scaling each time I want to play the game. That is a band-aid, not a solution.


Is there a way to create a desktop shortcut to VAMPYR from the Xbox app since the exe is inaccessible? A shortcut that would allow me to disable display scaling for this app?

What are good 4k TVs, not only for watching video but also playing games? I have read reviews that the Samsung UN55JU6500 55-Inch 4K Ultra HD Smart LED TV (2015 Model)
is good -

Would love other suggestions in the same price range.

What 4K tv to buy?

So does everybody suggest that I buy the Vizio E43U D2? Is the E43U D2 my best choice or are there better choice of 4k tvs out there like the m43 C1, sony tv, lg tv, or samsung tv that is 40-43 inches?
