    Hello, ive been getting a lot of bluescreens lately due to vgk.sysThese look like:Error Code: Kmode exception not handledWhat Failed: vgk.systheres some other error codes i get with "what failed" being vgk.sys; like:"page fault in nonpaged area""system thread exception not handled""system service exception"there also are some where "what failed" is not present, like:"unexpected kernel mode trap""dpc watchdog violation"please help D:minidumps: Minidump.rarThanks

    Permanent bluescreen due to IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL

    Hi Dave,

    it looked promising updating the usbaud64.sys driver.

    1,5 hours later I ran into bluescreens once more. I repeated the steps above regarding verifier and generated a new dmp file.

    Microsoft OneDrive

    It's now complaining about lockscr.sys - the internet does not really tell much about it .. not even how to update.

    Is there any hint from your end?

    Appreciate your help!

    Various Bluescreens due to vgk.sys

    KB3163018 causes bluescreen in DirectX DXGMMS1.sys when I maximize video

    Still have the same problem.

    My setup:

    • Lenovo W530
    • Windows 10 64bit
    • Intel(R) HD Graphics 4000
    • NVIDIA Quadro K2000M

    Just installed the anniversary update, updated my BIOS, intel graphics card driver and SSD firmware. Fullscreen applications like YouTube still cause a bluescreen.

    Any suggestions Microsoft?
