Windows 10: Various crashes shutting down my laptop, suspected driver or RAM issue

Originally crashing after running Valorant. Weird issue, suspect ram is QMODA but not sure?

Some laptops are picky about memory. That laptop uses a VIA VN800 chipset and here is the 200 pin DDR2 SODIMM list that is verified on VN800 platform.

I suspect the ram is, either, not compatible or you got a bad stick.

Newegg has this and PNY lists it as compatiable with your laptop.
