We have enabled all required settings Secure Boot, VT-x and VT-d, UEFI. By default, Virtualization based security is in running state in windows 11, after enabling the device guard status is changed to enabled but not running which is incorrect. It is happened after enabling the device guard.Below are the value of VirtualizationBasedSecurityStatus-------------------------------------------------------------------VirtualizationBasedSecurityStatus This field indicates whether VBS is enabled and running. UEFI bios enabled but no secure boot on windows 10?

I would go with what is showing in the Bios. If it says that the secure boot keys are loaded then it is on. I'm running the insider build and under System info it says secure boot is unsupported, but it is on and the keys are loaded in my UEFI BIOS. I think this is what the OP is saying. The only other thing that came to mind is if bitlocker was confused with secure boot, they are totally different. To check system info WIN + R type msinfo32 , hit OK.

    This is a partial listing.

VBSVirtualization based security status in msinfo32 is showing as enabled but not running...

Confused - am I booting in UEFI properly - msinfo32 shows I am but..?

What I can't understand is that with CSM off and Secure Boot on there are "NO" device entries in UEFI boot list other than "Windows Boot Manager"! They are in the Sata Information list but not in the Boot list area. See attachments:
