vcruntime140.dl was not found . I keep getting this after downloading ZBrushCore which seems to be common for Microsoft. I have read threads that mention it can be a Microsoft issue which is apart from issues the program has, so just wanted to know if anyone has a resolve for this. I have a Microsoft Surface laptop 3. How can I install this program correctly?

Someone in Adobe says this: "With this migration, our latest version of Creative Cloud Apps will require that the VC 2015 runtimes have been installed on the system using the software in order to run correctly"

Where can I download this files.
