Windows 10: VCRUNTIME140.dll vmware error

so when i try to open the app it says that it cannot find that dll filewhats the problem?my vmware workstation version is Pro 16please help

MSVCP140.dll and VCRUNTIME140.dll missing (Error only happens when VMWare opens)

Hello. Whenever I do a install of VMWare Workstation 16 player, I get this error: MSVCP140.dll is missing.
And then this: VCRUNTIME140.dll is missing. Any help?
(Virtualbox works, but VMWare doesn't. Don't know why.)
OS: Windows 11 Home
Original OS: Windows 10 Home

Error message for "MSVCP140.dll" and "VCRUNTIME140.dll"

The vcruntime140.dll file is a part of the Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributable for Visual Studio 2015, 2017 and 2019. Download and install both the x86 and x64 versions of the Visual C++ redistributable package:

• x86: vc_redist.x86.exe
  
• x64: vc_redist.x64.exe
