Windows 10: VCRUNTIME140.dll

Hello, I was playing sims 4 just fine up until recently. I keep getting these error messages every time I try to open the EA. I tried to uninstall the app, and this error message came up. I tried to download the visual c++ 2015 but that did not work. When I reached out to microsoft for more help, they said that contacting EA was the only way to fix it but EA is impossible to get any help from. Has anyone had this?

The vcruntime140.dll file is a part of the Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributable for Visual Studio 2015, 2017 and 2019. Download and install both the x86 and x64 versions of the Visual C++ redistributable package:

• x86: vc_redist.x86.exe
  
• x64: vc_redist.x64.exe
