Windows 10: VCRuntime140.dll

This really triggers me. I can't use most of the programs because i start it or do something and it just says:


The code execution cannot proceed because VCRuntime140.dll was not found. Reinstalling the program may fix this problem.


Then another message saying


The code execution cannot proceed because MSVCP140.dll was not found. Reinstalling the program may fix this problem.

I already have what's needed.


There are is no App category for cheats
