    Did you read all the reply's from the people that had that error msg?? 70% of them are saying that "fix" did NOT Work .... vcRuntimeMinimum_x86 setup error log and problem 0xc00007b ty for help :)

    Try
    running as administrator
    running in compatible mode
    uninstall all vc++, then reinstall only 2015 both x64 and x86 versions

    If the issue persists, try working backwards on the versions (2013, 2012, 2010, .... both x64 and x86 versions)
