Sony Vegas Pro 12 64 bit shown as incompatible when upgrading to Windows 10 from 7

I suggest you to uninstall and reinstall the Sony Vegas Pro 12 from the link below. Check if it helps.

Vegas Pro video editor: importing an .MTS video file causes the application to crash with a System32\KERNELBASE.dll error.

I've searched around and found 13 KERNELBASE.dll files in Windows sub folders. They all have different files dates and sizes tho I suspect the problem is the one in C:\WINDOWS\System32\.

I'm hesitant to replace it as I don't want to brick my PC.

 

Sony Vegas Pro 12 Crashing on Launch

Actually this thread can be deleted as after updating to Build 10061 the problem had gone away and Sony Vegas stopped crashing.
