    Veikk pen tablet keyboard Shortcut not working Microsoft whiteboard


    Recently I bought Veikk Voila L, there is 4 mechanical keys, I tested its keyboard and change the function of keyboard form its own VEIKK software. It's work properly.But when I Open Microsoft whiteboard, set and use shortcut key like Alt+w or Alt+s, it's not working.So that I set shortcut Alt in 1st keyand set other shortcut W and S another two keys.And it's work properly, but when set small letter, it's not working.I think it's software issue.

    whiteboard can't be open by pen shortcut

    my pen work normally with other app, just can't open the whitebboard shortcut. I have uninstall then install again. it always say need other app to open whiteboard

    Whiteboard troubleshooting. Missing pen cursor.

    Hi,

    I'm using Microsoft Whiteboard with a XP-PEN drawing tablet.

    After a few minutes of sketching, the Whiteboard app freezes for some seconds and, afterwards, the pen cursors disappears. I can still draw, but without the cursor visible it's not feasible to sketch anymore.

    I've tried to disable the pen and enable it again, but it doesn't work.

    After I restart the computer, I get the pen cursor working again.

    I really like the Whiteboard app. It helps make teams meetings more productive.

    But I can't really use it like this.

    Can anyone help?

    Whiteboard - My pen isnt drawing. It's moving my canvas instead

    Hello,

    My pen isn't drawing. It's moving my canvas instead on MS whiteboard. I updated on win 10 2004, but doesn't change anything. Mouse has the same behavior.

    I can use the pen with One Notes and Paint.

    I'm using Veikk A30 pen tablet, but also without it Whitedraw doesn't write, only move.

    I've tried also tu disintall the the touch pad like in this thread

    reg add HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Pen /v LegacyPenInteractionModel /t REG_DWORD /d 1 /f

    Please tell me what can I do to could use whiteboard.
