Windows 10: Vendor is not providing latest realese of a software for Microsoft Store Application

I have an application CareUEye Pro there is a latest release 2.3.00 while Microsoft store is still have the 2.2.8. I am wondering if Microsft makes the vendors to keep the application release update supplied throug the Microsoft store whould be great otherwise what is the point to buy applciation from Microsoft store.

Restore Microsoft Store application in Windows 10

After multiple attempts, I managed to get Store open by enabling Developer mode (as suggested by one of the posters here) and running the command "Get-AppxPackage -AllUsers| Foreach {Add-AppxPackage -DisableDevelopmentMode -Register “$($_.InstallLocation)\AppXManifest.xml”}" in Powershell. Not sure if is exactly the solution since I've tried different steps suggested by different users in different forums (including uninstalling Store separately) but hey, I am not complaining!
