Windows 10: Venturer WT9L10 2-in-1 tablet pc with touch problem

I have a Venturer WT9L10 2-in-1 tablet pc. I had to reload Windows 10 on it and now there is no touch. I tried every touch tutorial I could find. I reinstalled the drivers and everything. it says touch capability in pen & touch setting but still no touch. the touch setting in bios is silead. if I install Android 86 on it, an indication is happening but not in the right areas. I need help to get the touch working again.

How to launch tablet Pc touch input from command line

Hello,

From versions of Windows 7 and above it is possible to automatically launch Touchscreen calibration using Tabcal.exe.

I was wondering if there is a similar command to directly launch touch input instead of following inf the steps below:

• Go to Control Panel and search for "Touch".
• Click "Tablet PC Settings"
• Click "Setup..." to the right of "Configure your pen and touch displays"
• Choose "Touch Input..."

Try below methods and check if it helps.

Method 1: Run hardware troubleshooter and check if it helps.

• Type Troubleshooting in search box and open it.
• Click on Hardware and Sound
• Click on Hardware and Devices.
• Follow the instruction.

Method 2: If issue persists try to un-install and install latest Touch screen driver and check if it helps. To uninstall driver follow below steps.

• Press Windows + X, click on Device Manager.
• In the list of hardware categories, look for the device that you want to update, and then double-tap or double-click the device name.
• Tap or click the Driver tab, tap or click
  Uninstall, and then follow the instructions.

Download latest driver from manufacturer’s website and install

touch screen device lost on tablet following windows update(device is windows 10 2 in 1 .

Device is windows 10 2 in 1 (tablet wih detachable keyboard). Tablet touch screen facility does not work and research indicates this is quite common following windows update. I have checked thru device manager and touch screen is not shown on device list.
Screen is also set in verticle configuration and will not change when trying to alter it (Whether tablet is switched on or off). The only way to operate it is with a mouse and a toggle inserted in the usb slot. How can I reinstall this facility? Because the
tablet cannot be used, I've only switched it on every few weeks to update windows. The only solutions I've found on the internet requires the device to be listed on the device list.
