I went to add recover email to my acount but it asking verification code when i when the verification number it say this phone number is temopray remove and i am nkt apple to get code

What is the make and model of your system?

When you upgrade your computer from one version of Operating system to another, then some of the features might not work.

I would suggest you to download the VeriFace driver from the manufacturer’s website and check if that helps.

After upgrading to Windows 10, your facial login option was no longer available, or VeriFace App was blocked and removed in Windows 10.
