Windows 10: Verification code never shows up in email.

I gave my desktop to a repair shop. When I got it back, it says "Your PIN is no longer available due to a change in the security settings on this device. Click to set up your PIN again.". I have NO other options. Thats fine though. Clicked "Setup my Pin" "Send code". I NEVER RECIEVE THE CODE! I've checked my email for days and I have tried over and over and over. It never shows up. This is main school/home computer. I made sure the emails match, I've checked spam. Im about to lose my mind.
