Windows 10: Verification codes not being sent to emails

Since 23rd, I've been attempting to login onto my laptop after I had ran a BIOS update on it. When I had wanted to sign back in the lock screen reads "Something happened and your PIN isn't avalible. Click to set up your PIN again." I've encountered this problem before and I usually receive an email containing the code. This time however it never sent; I have two emails attached to my account: gmail and outlook. I've tried both numerous times and neither have recieved any codes, I've check all the tabs including spam and junk folders. On that same day I decided to try adding my phone number to
