Blue screen and WDF_VIOLATION when using USB modem model 5637 after upgrading to windows 10.

Since upgrading to Windows 10 last year when using a USRobotics model 5637 usb data modem after sending data I get the blue screen telling me my computer must restart because of a WDF_VIOLATION. I have the latest USRobotics driver version 3.1.046 . The
computer always restarts okay and has no issues until I use the modem to send/recieve data again.
