Windows 10: Version 1709 still not installed

Discus and support Version 1709 still not installed in Windows 10 Updates and Activation to solve the problem; I've used Start > Update & Restart but still have version 1703 and the message asking me to update remains unchanged.     I took the Schedule option for about an hour ahead, so I’ll see if that does it.

    Not according to the picture in post #1.

    It is indicating that a Restart is needed.
    So just Restart the computer and post another picture.

    As I said (I thought quite clearly!) I had already used ‘Update & Restart’, in vain.

    Happily the requested Scheduled update did work.
