Windows 10: version 20H2 build 19042.685 Does not display quick access pane with all drives and apps...

After doing a windows fresh start, my new version does not display the file explorer quick access pain that listed all my drives, with drop down access to documents, downloads etc.. Like it did in version 2004. and can I revert back to version 2004?

Show fixed drives in navigation pane

I understand your concern, I will be glad to assist you with this.

In order for the drives to appear in the navigation pane, I would suggest you to pin the drives in quick access. This way, every time you open file explorer, you will be able to easily access and see the drives on the navigation pane. To do so, follow the
steps below:

1. Press Windows key + E to open file explorer.

2. Click This PC on the left pane.

3. Left click on a drive and drag it under the quick access pane and release the mouse once you see the "pin to quick access" popup

4. Repeat the steps for the remaining drives.

Windows Photo Viewer missing on W10 20H2 buld 19042.685

Note I also have 20H2 19042.685
I did find it eventually by doing this...

• Right-click on file
• Select Open with
• Select Choose another app
• Scroll down to More apps
• Scroll down to Windows Photo Viewer

Remove items from Quick access.

I would suggest you to follow the below steps.

• Right click on the file or folder.
• Select the option “unpin from the quick access”

To pin items to an item already on the quick access bar.

Follow the below steps.

I would suggest you to create folder in the desktop screen & place all the files or folder which need to pin to the quick access.

• Open the quick access.
• Select the Desktop option.
• Right click on the folder & select the option “pin to quick access”
