Windows 10: version string portion was too short or too long net frame issue

hey guys recently i got this error when i try to open a online gam i play, 1 mint ago i opened it and it was fine, then this error came out of the suddenNOTE THIS :i have no antivirusi did not install any programs recently or did any change at all to windows or game files or anything whatsoeverthe only thing happened that my internet got cut and i had to renew my membership again to have internet then this error happenedi re installed my windows 10i re installed net frame 3.5 4.8i install net frame repair tooli reinstalled the gamei used sfc / scannow command still nothing same errorthis

I am running Win 8.1 on an HP laptop.

I have .net frame 4.5.1 installed but need .net frame 4.5.2.

It refuses to install what can I do?

I get the error message of "Version string portion was too short or too long."

I've uninstalled all previous versions of SQL and removed any references to .net framework.

Windows10-64bit, I5-3GHZ, 16GB ram

How do I get past this install error?
